My name is Jeannette Anndannandus and I have lived in the Ashland Nebraska area for over 20 years! I have been in back office management for almost 20 years with the first being in back office medical. I did medical billing and coding for major hospitals as well as a small rural family clinic. I then switched gears completely and became a controller for an irrigation company as well as a non for profit thrift store and rental properties. I maintain books for many small hair salons, mechanics, contractors as well as daycare's. I am a Certified QuickBooks Adviser able to assist your small business in building as well as maintaining your QuickBooks profile online or on a desktop. I can also maintain weekly or daily duties as needed for A/R, A/P, payroll or collections or scheduling all from my virtual office if you do not have the need for an office staff a virtual office consultant like myself is the way to go!! I can also manage and analyze your P&L statements with your balance sheets to make sure all chart of accounts and services are going into the right expense or income bracket. I am able to teach and train new upcoming office staff for you on this process as well. I am also commissioned in the State of Nebraska as a notary so I am able to get those pesky lien waivers or other documents off your pile of things to do. I will travel for notary services through out Omaha, Lincoln and surrounding communities.
